Contratamos dos e-MTB para una ruta guiada. El personal de la tienda fue súper atento. Nos prepararon las bicicletas, nos colocaron los pedales, ajustaron la suspensión a nuestro peso e incluso nos cambiaron los frenos de lado.

Nuestro guía, Charlie, fue excelente. Nos ofreció exactamente el tipo de ruta que queríamos y nos llevó por unos senderos excepcionales, de esos que nunca habríamos encontrado por nuestra cuenta.

En resumen… no puedo recomendar lo suficiente a Pic Negre ni a nuestro guía Charlie. Gracias a ellos por un día de ciclismo absolutamente brillante.

Se esfuerzan en ofrecerte sus servicios de la manera más profesional. Las bicis están perfectas para pasar el mejor día en el bike park. Ofrecen Santa Cruz v10, la mejor bici de descenso. Y para niños la Començal clash.

Una pasada el trato. Michelle es muy amable y eficiente. Siempre con una sonrisa y resolutiva. Se preocupa por sus clientes. Los mecánicos acceden sin problema a las exigencias de reglajes. Siempre es mi tienda de referencia.

Pic Negre 8 is the reference store for rental in Soldeu, while Pic Negre 12 is the reference store for La Massana / Pal-Arinsal.

In Andorra bikes are available E-bike, Downhill DH, Enduro, Road and E-road. 

We have DH, Ebike and Enduro bikes from Santa Cruz, Road brand Cannondale, E-Road brand Focus. 

Las bicicletas de e-bike y enduro estarán vinculadas a la zona de Grandvalira / Soldeu, mientras que las bicicletas DH, e-road, e-bike and road estarán disponibles en la zona de Pal-Arinsal / La Massana.

In Andorra La Molina (Girona) bikes are available E-bike and Gravel. We have Ebikes from Santa Cruz and Gravel bikes from Kross. 

Downhill (DH) bike rental is available at Pic Negre 12 (La Massana). We recommend checking the Bike Park calendar before making your booking. The calendar is available in this same section.

Yes. The helmet is included in all bike rental types..

All bike rentals include the helmet.

The Arinsal Bike Park opens on 20 de junio, abrirá todos los días hasta el 13 de septiembre de 2026. Desde el 19 de septiembre hasta el 12 de octubre de 2026, abrirá los fines de semana.

Durante la UCI MTB World Cup 2026, del 7 al 12 de julio, only the lower part of the Bike Park will be open to the public. Opening times may vary depending on weather conditions.

The activity includes helmet, harness, via ferrata kit, gloves and a professional guide. It does not include snacks, transport or insurance.

También habrá vías ferratas a demanda de nivel medio-alto, como Roc d'Esquers y Bony d'Envalira, publicadas en la web pero no reservables directamente online. Para estas actividades, el cliente debe contactar con info@picnegre.com.

The summer 2026 cancellation policy applies to rentals and activities booked with Pic Negre. The amount to be refunded will depend on when the customer cancels in relation to the start date and time of the contracted service.

The refund, where applicable, will be made using the same payment method used for the booking.

Si el cliente cancela la reserva desde la web, deberá enviar un correo electrónico a info@picnegre.com indicando que ha realizado la cancelación e incluyendo el número de pedido. La cancelación online no implica la devolución automática e inmediata del importe abonado.

Estas mismas políticas están publicadas en las Condiciones Generales de Alquiler, concretamente en el punto 6.
