Con el fin de acabar con el hecho de tener los esquís y las botas mal puestos en trasteros o apoyados en las paredes, Pic Negre dispone de las siguientes tiendas con servicio de taquillas, diferenciadas entre taquillas para 2 equipos o para 4.

Tienda situada a pie de pistas, en el edificio central de la estación de Arinsal, a 1.900 m de altitud.

Frequently asked questions

El material debe solicitarse con un mínimo de un día de antelación. Puedes realizar la reserva a través de nuestra web y recibirás un vale/voucher de servicios por correo electrónico una vez realizado el pago.

Sí, es muy recomendable. Puedes recoger el material reservado en las tiendas Pic Negre a partir de las 17:00 horas del día anterior.

Debes contactar con nuestro servicio de reservas enviando un correo electrónico a info@picnegre.com e informar también al establecimiento donde hayas realizado tu reserva.

Sí, ofrecemos una garantía que cubre únicamente la rotura del material. En caso de robo o pérdida, se debe abonar el 50% del importe según la gama del material. Si la garantía está contratada, la cantidad a abonar será inferior. 

Presentando un certificado médico de la lesión de una institución andorrana en la tienda donde hayas alquilado el material, evaluaremos el abono de los días restantes de alquiler. 

Para conocer la mejor gama que se adapte a tu nivel y a tus necesidades recomendamos contactar con el equipo de profesionales de las tiendas Pic Negre, donde te aconsejarán la gama más adecuada.

We hired two e-MTBs for a guided route. The shop staff were very helpful. They prepared the bikes for us, fitted the pedals, adjusted the suspension to our weight and even switched the brakes over for us.

Our guide, Charlie, was excellent. He gave us exactly the kind of route we wanted and took us on some exceptional trails, the kind we would never have found on our own.

In short… I cannot recommend Pic Negre and our guide Charlie highly enough. Thanks to them for an absolutely brilliant day of cycling.

Se esfuerzan en ofrecerte sus servicios de la manera más profesional. Las bicis están perfectas para pasar el mejor día en el bike park. Ofrecen Santa Cruz v10, la mejor bici de descenso. Y para niños la Començal clash.
