We answer the main questions about our ski equipment rental service.

The rental of Seasonal Children's Ski Equipment is available at Pic Negre 11, in La Massana, and Shusski 56, in Encamp.

In either of these two stores, you can collect the equipment at the beginning of the season and return it once the rental period has ended.

The service is intended for boys and girls up to 13 years old.

Our team will help you select the right equipment based on the skier’s age, height, level and characteristics.

We offer different options depending on the equipment you need:

  • Ski + Boots + Poles Package
  • Skis + Poles Package
  • Boot Rental

You can also choose between the Junior and Junior Gold ranges, depending on the type of equipment.

The helmet and back protector are not included in the seasonal ski rental packages.

They can be hired separately as additional accessories.

Yes, the equipment is brand new from Atomic. This equipment is limited until stocks last.

Once this stock has been exhausted, rentals will be provided with equipment from our rental fleet, selected and inspected by our team before delivery.

You do not need to know the exact size in advance.

In store, our team will determine the most suitable ski length and boot size based on the child’s height, age, level and characteristics.

Yes. Seasonal Children's Ski Rental includes one free equipment repair during the season.

This way, you can have the equipment serviced at no additional cost during the rental period.

Sí. Por 10 € por pack puedes contratar una garantía adicional para proteger el material durante toda la temporada.

The guarantee covers:

  • 100% of the equipment value in case of breakage.
  • 50% of the equipment value in case of theft or loss.

The guarantee is optional and can be purchased together with the equipment rental.

Yes. Club Piolet members and Assegur customers receive a 10% discount on the price of Seasonal Children's Ski Rental packages.

To benefit from the discount, you must provide proof of the corresponding status in the store.

The Seasonal Children's Ski Rental equipment is collected at the store selected when making the rental:

Pic Negre 11 – La Massana
Shusski 56 – Encamp

At the end of the season, we recommend returning the equipment directly to either of these two stores.

Last day to return it in store: 5 April 2027.

If you cannot return the equipment in store before this date, you will be able to return it later at Vila, from 6 to 23 April 2027, Monday to Friday:

  • Monday to Thursday: from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m
  • Friday: from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Returns made after 23 April 2027 will incur a €30 penalty. Failure to return the equipment will result in the charge of its full value.

The difference between the two ranges lies in the type of equipment included. The Gold Seasonal Ski Package offers higher-category equipment, while the Junior Seasonal Ski Package is designed for skiers looking for a more affordable option adapted to their needs. Our team will help you choose the most suitable option based on the skier’s age, level and characteristics.
