We hired two e-MTBs for a guided route. The shop staff were very helpful. They prepared the bikes for us, fitted the pedals, adjusted the suspension to our weight and even switched the brakes over for us.

Our guide, Charlie, was excellent. He gave us exactly the kind of route we wanted and took us on some exceptional trails, the kind we would never have found on our own.

In short… I cannot recommend Pic Negre and our guide Charlie highly enough. Thanks to them for an absolutely brilliant day of cycling.

Delighted with this store. They handled both the rental and purchase of equipment for me, making calls and following up at all times to make sure the material arrived. They make every effort to offer their services in the most professional way. The bikes are perfect for enjoying the best day at the bike park. They offer the Santa Cruz V10, the best downhill bike. And for children, the Commençal Clash. The service was amazing. Michelle is very kind and efficient. Always with a smile and ready to solve anything. She really cares about her customers. The mechanics have no problem meeting any setup requirements. It is always my go-to store.
