During the 2026 summer season, the stores Pic Negre 8 Soldeu, Pic Negre 11 La Massana, Pic Negre 12 La Massana, Pic Negre 19 Anyós Park, Pic Negre 20 El Pas de la Casa in Andorra, and Pic Negre La Molina in La Cerdanya, will be open.

Pic Negre 8 is the reference store for rental in Soldeu, while Pic Negre 12 is the reference store for La Massana / Pal-Arinsal.
In Andorra, E-bike, DH Downhill, Enduro, Road and E-road bikes are available.
We offer DH, E-bike and Enduro bikes from Santa Cruz, Road bikes from Cannondale and E-Road bikes from Focus.
The e-bike and enduro bikes will be linked to the Grandvalira / Soldeu area, while the DH, e-road, e-bike and road bikes will be available in the Pal-Arinsal / La Massana area.
In Andorra La Molina (Girona), E-bike and Gravel bikes are available. We offer Santa Cruz E-bikes and Kross Gravel bikes.
Downhill (DH) bike rental is available at Pic Negre 12 (La Massana). We recommend checking the Bike Park calendar before making your booking. The calendar is available in this same section.
Yes. The helmet is included in all bike rental categories.

Additionally, on road and e-bike bikes, the tool kit is included.
The size is recommended according to the user’s height:

Height is for guidance only. If the customer is unsure between two sizes, the store team will help them choose the most suitable one. When booking a bike category, the model will be provided according to size and availability.
The Arinsal Bike Park opens on June 20, and will be open every day until September 13, 2026. From September 19 to October 12, 2026, it will be open on weekends.
During the UCI MTB World Cup 2026, from July 7 to 12, only the lower part of the Bike Park will be open to the public. Opening times may vary depending on weather conditions.
Yes. Pic Negre offers guided e-bike tours to discover Andorra accompanied by specialised guides.
The outings are designed for all audiences and allow you to discover Andorra and enjoy the mountains from a unique perspective. You can book your experience on our website by selecting "Guided Tours" and choosing the reference store.

The activity includes helmet, harness, via ferrata kit, gloves and a professional guide. It does not include snacks, transport or insurance.
There will also be on-demand medium-high level via ferratas, such as Roc d'Esquers and Bony d'Envalira, listed on the website but not directly bookable online. For these activities, customers must contact info@picnegre.com.
In the case of e-bike excursions or via ferratas at other unlisted times, contact us at info@picnegre.com.
The summer 2026 cancellation policy applies to rentals and activities booked with Pic Negre. The amount to be refunded will depend on when the customer cancels in relation to the start date and time of the contracted service.

The refund, where applicable, will be made using the same payment method used for the booking.
If the customer cancels the booking through the website, they must send an email to info@picnegre.com stating that they have made the cancellation and including the order number. Online cancellation does not imply an automatic and immediate refund of the amount paid.
These same policies are published in the General Rental Conditions, specifically in point 6.
